Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 10 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- Eggnog Frosting
- Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. Heat butter and chips over low heat. (I used the microwave; watch carefully) Cool.
- Whisk together flour, salt, and nutmeg.Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Add cooled white chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture slowly.
- Spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- While hot, drizzle a small amount of eggnog over the surface (poke holes in it with a skewer first). Just enough to be absorbed.Combine all ingredients for frosting. Cool then frost.
