Eggnog Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • Eggnog Frosting

  1. Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. Heat butter and chips over low heat. (I used the microwave; watch carefully) Cool.
  2. Whisk together flour, salt, and nutmeg.Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Add cooled white chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture slowly.
  3. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  4. While hot, drizzle a small amount of eggnog over the surface (poke holes in it with a skewer first). Just enough to be absorbed.Combine all ingredients for frosting. Cool then frost.

Baker's One Bowl Brownies

Total Time: 50 min
Makes: 24 servings, one brownie each.

Ingredients:
  • 4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil.
  2. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and pecans; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
  3. BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack. Remove brownies from pan, using foil handles. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
