Justine's UK-tastic Shortbread

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup (minus about 1 tbsp) superfine/berry/caster sugar
• 2 cup flour

1. Mix well with 3/4 cup butter.
2. Bake at about 300'F for 30 min

Easy Shortbread

• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 1/2 cup flour

1. Mix
2. Bake for 45 min- 1 hr at about 275.

It's a bit crumbly.
