Justine's UK-tastic Shortbread

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (minus about 1 tbsp) superfine/berry/caster sugar
  • 2 cup flour

  1. Mix well with 3/4 cup butter.
  2. Bake at about 300'F for 30 min
